The Insider | Teller (Part 2)

WOW!! That made me wish I'd known Teller for 20 years! (or even since I first saw him in ASPARAGUS VALLEY..." in San Francisco...)

What generosity of spirit, what measured thought, what keen insight... what honest humility about a craft that often seems to breed the antithesis of humility and what advice I wish I'd had and heeded all that time ago (...Ya... I'm a few years older than he is...).

Teller, thank you more than I can say. I now SO wish I'd heard the first half of this talk!

I saw Penn & Teller in Broadway and the show was great but the absolute most memorable part of the show was that these two gentlemen stayed after putting on a full performance and shook the hand of and posed for a picture with every single person who wanted one. I know because my wife and I were one of the last people to leave and they looked exhausted but I e never in my life heard of performers of their renown doing something so thoughtful and sweet for their audience. It goes to show that they understand what it means to perform and be a performer. I’ll never forget that.

Christopher. I too saw P and T live and never forgot them giving autographs and taking pictures with anyone who wanted a photo. It was so professional and generous! They know how to entertain ,fool ,make and keep fans!! Just Alan
