We've been asking some of you how we can improve what we do in a small survey.

We love getting your feedback and suggestions and have already implemented a new advanced search thanks to your ideas.

However, some of the suggestions were for things we already do, so we thought it would be useful to address all of these in a blog post.


"Have lower prices."

We offer a price match guarantee. So if you find the same item on sale for less at another magic store, just let us know and we’ll match the price.

"When my order was delayed, I would have appreciated an email updating me."

Obviously when we hand over the package to the postal service, it’s out of our control, but have started emailing regular updates about any delays as soon as we hear about them.

"I’d appreciate more material outside of cards."

We stock a huge amount of material on a huge range of subjects. Mentalism? We got you. Coins? We got you. Parlour magic? We got you. Books? We got you. Close-up? We got you.

"Have faster shipping."

We pride ourselves on offering the fastest free shipping in the market, but also flexibility. Some people are happy to wait a little longer to get something with no shipping fees. Sometimes you need something ASAP. When you checkout, you can opt for a faster service if you need the item urgently.

"I would like to get your weekly newsletter about products, but I do not wish to head about decks of cards in other emails."

"I can’t find the “old” free Dan and Dave card-handling videos."

Why is everyone being so negative. Vanishing Inc is awesome. It would be cool to see more sections, like here are classics of magic, or must own classic books, marked deck work, etc.

You name a better magic company than Vanishing Inc, I'll wait. It's more than keeping the newest stock of tricks in inventory that makes a magic company great (anyone can do that). Vanishing Inc offers an experience. You feel like you are part of their family. Hell, I've had questions at 2am about a card move that I saw on one of the trailers and decided to ask Joshua Jay via Instagram. The next morning I had a direct message with the exact card move and the source to find it. Keep up the good work guys.

If Vanish did not exist, how many young magicians would fall by the wayside or never get to start.
