Magic download (video) by David Jade (12.00)

From a deck of playing cards, a card is chosen at random and shuffled back in. Completely lost! A rubber band is wrapped around the deck and everything is placed on the table. Visually (with all eyes fixated on the deck) the selection leaps to the top, free from the rubber band.

Nice effect to add to an Ambitious card routine that ends in impossible location. I utilize it in the next to last phase in my routine. Also a nice little idea to palm off the card in the bonus material. Nice job in the tutorial too. Short and direct. Well done.

Clever, simple and visually stunning, this is a superb rubber band effect.Excellent teaching (as one would expect from Dan&Dave) so you can start putting the practice in within minutes. I'm pretty picky when it comes to rubber band magic, but this definitely goes into the repertoire.

Ok- I'm not a good card handler, but I love a good trick that's simple, clever and still wows- this one fits the bill! If I can learn this one, you can too. Great download, great explanation- highly recommend!

I did not know that a method so simple could achieve an effect that is so amazing. This will be your go-to phase for your ambitious card routine. It is also great as a stand-alone effect. This is well worth it for the money.

This is great by itself or in an ambitious card routine. This is great because it allows your spectators to do the magic. They need to be looking down at it in order for the method to stay secret. If you want to wow people halfway through your set to gain their attention this is great. There is a chance of it failing as you place it down on the table but it's ok since it rarely happens. If you are unsure just buy it for the price.

Really important to have the right rubberband. Initial handling a little difficult and will take a while to get used to it.

This is a great routine to the the ambitious card routine, I thought at first this couldn't help much, but turns out its a great routine and stuns and amazes people! It's a great buy and it's not that confusing or difficult.

This is my new got to trick. It's so easy to perform and it gets amazing responses . Anyone can do this with a little practice. It's one of the most visual tricks I have ever seen. You also end completely clean allowing the spectator to turn over the card that just jumped out of the deck.

This is a great trick and is very easily achieved. It is easy to do and anyone could do it. The only thing about the trick i would recommend before you buy it have some size 16 rubber bands. They are used for magic tricks and they are small and very stretchy. Over all pixel is a 5 star card trick and is very easy to do.

I was never much of a rubber band guy, but when i saw this trick, i had to get it. The trick itself is simple and the teaching is very easy to follow long with. All you need is a Deck of cards and a rubber band. No matter if you are card guy or rubber band guy, this is a great trick to add to your routine. And it amazes people. This trick is worth it.

Pixel is a show-stopper. It's one of the simplest, most direct effects I know. The visual moment of the card penetrating the band is priceless. I applaud David Jade for this ingenious method. This is definitely a worker, and an impromptu one at that. It's good for any close-up set, ever. Highly, HIGHLY recommended. The bonus ideas offered are pretty cool, too.

The idea behind the trick is so simple and the effect is so powerful. The card just pops to the top! The fact that it can happen out of your hands just makes it all the better and more amazing. What I'm really loving is that there is a variation taught that allows you to palm a card out of a deck wrapped in a rubber band. About as close as you can get to real magic.

Pixel. Another great, impromptu effect released by the Buck twins. This trick is possibly one of the most versatile tricks I have ever been put up with. All you need for this trick is a deck and a simple rubber band. Able to be a perfect closer, Pixel is an effect where the magic happens in the blink of an eye, literally. Once you master this effect, you will never want to perform anything else. Pixel is an effect where you instantly cause the spectator's card to jump THROUGH a rubber band wrapped around the deck with something as simple as a tap. Once you perform this trick, you spectator will never know what hit them. It looks like trick photography, but it is anything but. It uses a simple set-up combined with a willing audience to produce outstanding visual magic at you very fingertips. This trick is an excellent addition to anyone's magic arsenal, and once you purchase the amazing effect, you will fall in love with it immediately. It is simple, practical, and just flat out amazing. Not to mention, it is also impromptu. What more can you ask from a trick of this caliber. Purchase Pixel now, you will have nothing, absolutely nothing to lose!

This trick is very fun and satidfying to perform as well as very easy to perform. Beyond that though, the tutorial is very clear and enjoyable to watch. Even beyond that a number of cool ideas to along with this effect are given which is just an awesome bonus. Well worth the purchase.

This is a great effect and I love that it is impromptu and easy to do. The explanation is easy to follow and clear.

The tutorial also includes a couple of variations you can do with the effect. I recommend it from beginners to advanced. 5 thumbs up!

This is my favourite ambitious card routine finale!! The method is very clever and it can be used as that, as a trick by itself, an abitious card finale and some other several applications that the twins explain with incredible detail, a must in any card handler repertoire! It's practical, very easy, and more important, the audience will love this one!

I always love deck of cards and I also like rubberband tricks, so when you combine them into one in Pixel, the result is pure magic. The effect is really awesome, looks like a camera trick though you watch it with your own eyes. The teaching is great but I think you need a little bit of misdirection when you're performing this (just my opinion). But overall is great. You just need a rubberband and a deck of cards then you're ready to perform a miracle.

It is a very easy and a cool affect to preform. The teaching is great, and it blows people away when they see the card rise to the top through the rubber band. If you do rubber band magic, or card magic, or both, than this is a great trick to add into your performance.

The teaching is very clear and easy to understand. But the tutorial is emphasizing on the revealing part. Therefore, you must have some basis of controlling a selected card. Otherwise, it's easy to do and good for both beginners and advanced magicians. Plus, it's an impromptu trick you can do anytime and anywhere. All you need is a rubberband and a deck of cards.

This is a wonderful high point or climax for my Ambitious Card routine. It can be used as a standalone effect but it really shines after a few other cards have appeared on top. It took me a while to make the handling to look natural, but it's not difficult and is a killer move.

Great trick, simple and an awesome visual effect! Perfect for an impromptu trick, or to end an ambitious card routine. If executed correctly, you're sure to have amazing reactions :) 4 stars because I think it could be a bit cheaper, but that's really the only reason.

Another visual trick created from the mind of David Jade! I always perform this after my ambitious card routine. Pixel convinces your audience that the card really had risen to the top! Everything looks natural when you perform the effect; however, you should be careful with the rubber band, as it might damage your card, which is a reason I gave a four. But, with more practice you will definitely be able to handle the trick without damaging any cards! A very nice effect~

If you have just watched the video above ( I assume you have) then I wonder what you're waiting for, as this is a fantastic, elagant and simple trick that, when combined with trigger, is a stunning piece of magic that adds freshness to your routine, It also takes 5 mins to learn!!!

So I never dabbled into the world of rubber bands particularly but this was a great little insight into their potential. I always carry around a deck of cards and now you will find me carrying rubber bands around my wrist as well (this has started me branching into rubber band magic as well). This effect although easy to learn is not so easy to perfect. There is a knack with the actual technique which only looks good if done properly. There are also a few small discrepancies with the trick but in performing this the audience never seems to pick up on these, Overall however this is a great trick and looks crazy in real life, my hint to those who own this, let the audience hit the table.
