Well, the description isn't lying. Very well made, there's a definite heft and weight to it. The magnet is really strong and the ball sticks to the bottom so well a hard bang won't always dislodge it. The only downside I can find is that the bottom is placed inside the cup unevenly. There's a visible gap between the rim of the magnetized bottom on one side and the inner wall of the cup. I doubt any layman would notice it, but it's something I can't find in my other chop cup. Still, well worth it.
