Enjoyed this short and simple download, and as part of the Black Friday sale, it's hard to not love it. Now all I need is pick up the juggling ball and get practicing with it.

No doubt it's a very finnick-y move. But it's so visual and a great cabaret/parlour effect. (provided you can justify bringing out a random ball in your act)

“Bounce” by Juan Luis Rubiales: A Mesmerizing Blend of Magic and Playfulness

Bounce is a game-changer in the world of card magic. It’s a fun and kind of hyper-visual effect that captivates your attention instantly. Reminiscent of Rubiale’s previous bestseller “Debajo” it is a visual and super fun and visually striking way to making playing cards materialize seeming out of nowhere, all with the bounce of a ball.

My favorite trick taught:
Magician invites a spectator to shuffle a regular deck of cards thoroughly. Once shuffled, the spectator deals the cards into four piles. The magician explains that they will use an unconventional method to find the aces. The magician bounces the ball on top of each pile, one by one, creating an entertaining and suspenseful atmosphere. The magician lifts the top card from each pile dramatically revealing it is an ace.

I personally like it because it has visual impact but also an extra layer of audience engagement by incorporating their participation in the shuffle and dealing process.

Consider checking out buying the Bounce Ball separately. Potentially, a manipulation ball could be an alternative, but the specially designed Bounce Ball offers the ideal size and handling for this enchanting routine.

I'm already enjoying today's Black Friday download. Using a rubber therapy ball of the exact weight (140 grams) and dimensions (64 mm diameter), this technique worked the first time I tried it, which made me laugh out loud. I spazzed after that, and see it will take some handling practice to do cleanly and consistently. The ball I'm using is green but I believe a white ball will blend better to camouflage the handling. The video quality is acceptable, not great and not unlike many magic videos.

Wow! Very visual and a fun way to produce playing cards. My favorite routine is producing the four aces.
The tutorial shows a few very cleaver ideas and with a little thought many more options to how add this move to the routines you already know. Its time to get out that Juggling ball out and practice.

It's a marvelous movement from a great creator. Something different that will leave your viewers speechless if you do the apparition face up. But if you make the appearance face down it will go unnoticed until the moment you decide to show the marvel to them. A bit of practice and you have an original and new technique in your repertoire. I wasn't sure about this when I saw the trailer. I've been burned in the past (never by VI) by purchasing routines that can't be done unless one has some special abilities or gifts (e.g., very large hands). I took a chance on this and I really like it for a variety of reasons:
First, it is pretty clearly explained (though quickly, which is fine, just rewatch it). This is not something that only the inventor and his cousin Poky, who has hands the size of Bigfoot, could do. It is a pretty easy move. If you can find reverse in a Fiat, you can do this move, but you will need to practice.
Second, I often work as a juggler/magician for walk-around gigs. This is the perfect transition from juggling to magic and it really uses both skills (though you don't have to juggle to do this trick).
Third, not much card magic is visual. Rarely in a card trick does the spectator "see the magic happen." This move allows for some things that are so visual that they almost scream "gimmick" but there is none. A visual card-trick is rare and valuable.All in all you really can't go wrong here. It's different, visual, and requires nothing more than a good ball and a deck. Highly recommended.
BTW, if you don't have a solid silicone bounce juggling ball. Get it here and now from VI. I paid 25 or 30 bucks for the ones I use and I bought them in the mid 1980s. So for 30 bucks and some practice you have an impromptu miracle.

There is endless possibilities with this technique. The effect is so visual that it seems like there is a gimmick or at a certain points looks like CGI! But it's all about sleight of hand! Also, it could be impromptu. The video is very well explains and Juan will give you tips and effect to be able execute the technique.

Bounce is a good addition to your skills. Like anything of this nature, I would only want to add one of these trick to my routine as two or more would make the routine too samey, having said that I appreciate the multiple tricks given as I can choose one and am not restricted to one. On a production level, the music in the background was quite irritating and didn't add anything, that was the only reason I dropped a star.

I’m terms of magic that is “visual” this makes the cut. Although it’s such an overused term in my opinion, it’s a perfect fit for this. Not only is it visual, but it can also be deceptive when used as a card placement instead of a reveal. The applications are really all over the place if you think about it. The only reason why it’s a four star for me is because it’s too short. The explanation isn’t broken down too in depth and I would have appreciated some close up shots to detail the handling so you can apply it to your own set up. It’s just a far shot

Bounce is a simple routine, perfect for an opener and super visual and attractive. The illustrative video is perhaps too short and concise and the technique itself is explained in just one minute. You have to be very careful with the angles and above all, you have to keep in mind that having big hands is almost essential for this trick. I would have liked more detail in the instructions and maybe we could get a closer look to show the hands. Interesting idea though.

As the trailer reveals, this is a very nice illusion. Clearly, the key elements of the downloadable video would be the instruction on how to perform the move, and some examples of ways to implement it. Both of those elements are present in the short video, but the instruction in particular is less detailed than I have observed in other videos available from Vanishing Inc. Magic. As for the implementation, three clever ideas are presented very briefly.
This is definitely worth the very reasonable price, so I rate it 4 stars of 5.

Original... Simple for the spectators to follow. A ball make a card appears lightening speed between itself and the surface it hits. Brilliant! And the explainations are clears. What more? Four effects explained, that's enough to start your own ideas!

Ah, sorry to drag down the 5 stars other people are giving this. Its a gimmick move clearly chopped out of a fuller routine that has been generated to someone elses performance and style. You will not learn ANY of that. I will conceed that its a pretty cool effect and somewhat straightforwards to perform once you get the knack down and the correct ball. But other than in this routine would you ever reveal four cards in this manner? Another reviewer said theynwere a juggler and I guess that would make sense. If you to walkaround or table card routines, it would be a bit weird to pull out a ball and then make cards appear. I bought this because it looked cool but so glad I only paid £1 as I will never even bother trying to perform this.

I would have rated this as excellent. It is a really nice effect and the teaching is good. Whoever it was that decided to put the loud, distracting and truly awful music over it needs a good slap. Why do people insist on putting music over downloads? It never adds anything and in fact, for me at least, massively takes away from what would otherwise be a great download. I hope someone out there in Vanishing Inc. land is listening to my rant, please, please, please stop putting music over things being explained, it completely ruins it.

This is an amazing piece of visual magic and a wonderfully novel method for card reveals. Juan really does make it look easy. However, the tutorial is very poor. It's very rushed. The technique will obviously required practice but this could be expedited with a more detailed look at the subtleties of the sleights involved. It's not helped by the single static camera shot that's used when close-ups of finger positions etc would have been a real help. For what the tutorial is worth, you'd be better off with your own trial and error. A couple of disappointing releases from Vanishing Inc just recently, I hope the downward trend doesn't continue.

I have to agree with Tom. I’m giving this 2 stars mainly because of the awful and irritating music during the explanation. It’s unnecessary and makes what should be a pleasure to watch, just an annoying experience. Also, I’ve complained about this before to VI. If a trick involves palming, then it should be stated in the explanation so that anybody who can’t palm doesn’t waste their money on a trick that they won’t be able to do. A simple warning is all that’s needed. The effect and Juan are both great and I don’t want to take anything away from that fact but for goodness sake VI, listen to your customers feedback and learn from it so that you don’t get disgruntled loyal customers.
