The "Cards in a Wine" glass is a remarkable magic trick that has dazzled audiences for more than a century. A deck of cards is shuffled. Two spectators select and sign playing cards that are then lost back in the middle of the deck. The deck of cards is then placed in a wine glass with the face toward the spectator (showing an indifferent card on the bottom). You then pick up the wine glass and place a silk or napkin over it.
With no awkward or funny moves, this silk is elegantly removed to show that the first signed card has jumped to the front of the deck. This signed card is removed and placed at the back of the deck (the top of the deck). The process is then repeated for the second signed playing card to be found. A true knockout effect.
