• Leland asks: Could I easily adapt the gimmick, or build my own, for other card designs? What about other similarly shaped items, like business cards, etc? Just wondering how customizable it is. Thank you!

  • 1. William answers: I have not purchased this item but I believe I figured out how to create the gimmick which could be made with any kind of card or business card. It can’t be handed out for inspection that’s why it is only for use on a video. This is not considered a close up or street magic gimmick. Clever and worth the money, unless you have the imagination to build your own.

• David asks: You say it’s perfect for Social Media. Is that to say it’s now good for live closeup? If it is performed live are there any “problems” with angles or sounds?

  • 1. Richard answers: It means showing it online as opposed to being with the spectator(s).
  • 2. Danielle answers: It means this is absolute tat and is far too angly to use live. You can only use this on social media, because if you try it in real life people will easily see exactly what is going on. Far too much of this kind of magic going round now.

Given the past year has been limited to virtual shows, and the huge popularity of magic on TikTok and Instagram, this 'kind of magic' is simply the new TV magic. There will be loads of performers that this is perfect for. Just because it's not for you, doesn't make it tat.

• Paul asks: Is this Gimmick easily breakable? I don't want to put the creator down, but I've bought a few of his effects that have snapped, or broke very easily. Most of them during the initial practice and before I got to try them out on people.
