Michael asks: Hello VIM, Are there any plans to release all ten volumes of Astonishing Essays as a bound compilation and/or for a special price for all ten single editions? In addition to the single editions, is it possible to also have each essay released as a .PDF..thereby allowing each essay to be put on one's tablet or cellphone...and have same conveniently available when stuck in hotel rooms or at the airport...or for just convenient easy re-reading whenever a person needs to while away an hour or two stuck out in the middle of nowhere?
