Bold Assembly

Magic download (video) by Ben Train ($10.00)

This looks good. Too good. Our initial feedback was that it was a deceptive trailer that “must have” edited out a critical move. Not so! The name is appropriate, because this is bold! It’s so beautiful and simple and effective that we think you will use this right away. Based on an idea by Daryl, Ben Train has refined the technique into quite simply one of the finest assembly routines we’ve ever seen. A steal at just ten dollars.

You show the four aces and deal them to separate spots on the table, where they are covered with a few random cards. With a light touch, the aces vanish one-by-one, leaving no trace behind. They are found together in the same pile, and everything is 100% clean.

All you need are your two hands and any pack of cards. Ben leaves no stone unturned as he teaches all of the moves and bits of routining that turn this into one of the most fair and beautiful card assemblies we've ever seen.

Running time: 29 minutes, 30 seconds.

As they say, nothing is cut from this video. It looks as good as it is. The handling is easy and clean, and all the needed psychological touches and nuances are included. You'll be performing this one rather quickly.

Vanishing Inc. Magic has done it again - with this video they have added another superb routine that looks great, is clean and easy to do and is very well taught.

As I have said in other reviews, I am not much of a cardician, but this is one of my favorite card bits to practice and perform. Ben does a great job in describing all the necessary details, moves and subtleties that go into making this a very clean, very effective and superb assembly. He also gives a few ideas with which to further explore the possibilities in its presentation.

The name "Bold Assembly" actually fits quite well because it is quite bold compared to other assemblies (because it is so open, comparitively), but that should not scare you away. If you use the techniques and subtleties as they are given, you will have no problems.

I highly recommend this one!

Excellent once again Vanishing Inc.This is one of the only ace assembly's that I enjoy performing. I love the moment when the move happens, although it is very bold (hence the title).

Very smart and very clever.
