Wow! This book is going to be a surprise hit. If you like the magic of Woody Aragon and Dani Daortiz, plus the style of Aronson, Solomon, and other card stars, you will find lots and lots to enjoy in this curious volume. It's probably a good idea to overlook the bizarre trailer included. This doesn't do the book justice.
We were surprised because the book is self-published by the author, but like Woody Aragon's book, it is beautiful, written in easy-to-follow English, and the magic gives you a good indication of all the marvelous things going on in the Spanish school of magic. Last year's big hit was Woody's A Book in English. If you loved it as much as we did, you will thoroughly enjoy this volume.
Carlos is an outstanding pro mathematician and one of the funniest comedians I know. You can guess the kind of magic that results from this combination: Very interesting methods and super-commercial presentations. Just his approaches to the ACAAN plot make this book worth its price!!! Woody Aragón
