John Archer is one of the funniest mentalists ever to perform on stage. He has found a way to break the mold and blend amazing mentalism feats with hilarious comedy themes and patter.
In this effect, three participants work together to decide on a Chinese meal that they'd like to eat and how much they'd like to pay for it. There's lots of built-in comedy as the participants choose the meal in a process that is apparently how the ancient Chinese would decide what to do when going out for a meal. As you'd expect from John, the whole process is hilarious.
The end of the effect is amazing: you show a Chinese menu, which shows that you predicted exactly the decisions that your three participants would make.
This is the kind of mentalism that we like as it's incredibly strong, plays big and packs flat into your case. It comes complete with two custom printed menus (a large one for stage and a pocket sized version for close up), a set of plastic number cards, and full instructions & routine.
