Standard Bicycle playing card deck with a Brand new look from United States Playing Card Company!

Design: Paul Harris directed the development of the new 809 Bicycle back with USPCC. Paul worked with three world class artists (including Garrett Thomas) to create a soothing traditional looking back that's instantly trusted as part of the Bicycle family. And yes, this classic looking deck even features the trademarked Bicycle Ace of Spades, Joker and the traditional box.

Quality: Richard Turner worked directly with USPCC manufacturing to ensure the new Bicycle 809 Mandolin has a superior cut and quality. These are exquisitely crafted decks! Once you feel these cards you will never want to put them down.

The Bicycle Mandolin back are similar to the Rider back a little easier to handle though, as a novice, sort of like the the Rider back after it has been used for a short while (not very long).
There are 52 cards, the Ace of spades is a little more detailed design , all other card faces are standard, plus there are 2 jokers (both are black and white), plus there is 1 double back card, plus 1 blank face card.

Boy are these smooth in the hand. They handle so well it really does feel like real magic. Great stock. Perfect finish. Really nice deck.

I am not sure if it is my imagination but the mandolin back seems to handle better and smoother than the rider backs I typically purchase. I bought this as part of the Marksman Deck just as a matter of curiosity as we don't get these where I am from (we only get the league backs). The quality is really up there and I will definitely get these again.

This is such a nice deck of cards and they've been around for years. Duplicate jokers, traditional/classical design, premium uspcc stock and cut, for the price point, these cards are lovely. I bought for my little door gimmick but I'm using them for everything else i do as well. Another plus is legends Richard Turner and Paul Harris involvement with the decks creation. Can't go wrong with this deck!

Beautiful design, and the cards handle very well. It’s nice to have something that looks so similar to a bicycle deck, yet a little bit more elegant. I’ll definitely be buying more of these.

I don't know how recent the posted reviews for this deck are. That being said, I ordered a deck based on those reviews and once I received it, I was very disappointed.

The deck is nothing like the posted reviews. It is not a traditional cut deck of cards and although it has a cool looking back design, the deck is the same you'd get from regular Bicycle decks off the shelf. It does not handle like the posted reviews and needs to be "broken in" before you can do a faro shuffle.

My opinion of this, and other decks I've ordered based on similar posted reviews, is based on the "Gold Seal" decks I've had and used in the past. Unfortunately, "Gold Seal" decks are presently not available from where I purchased them, so my search continues.

Buy this deck only if you're looking for a different back design and know what you may get after ordering this, you probably will receive a standard cut deck which handles no different than off the shelf decks.
