Bicycle Mazing Playing Cards are more than just a deck of cards. They are a puzzle lover’s dream.
Every single Bicycle Mazing Playing Card is printed with its own maze designed by Brian Daniel South of Teach by Magic, a company that creates unique educational lessons taught through magic and puzzles.
While the Bicycle Mazing Playing Cards can absolutely be used like a normal deck of cards, their main purpose is to offer 52 unique puzzles that will entertain and challenge all who try to tackle them. Each maze starts at one pip and concludes at the other pip. Avid puzzle solvers may quickly realize this adds another layer of difficulty as you can no longer work backwards.
But, it gets EVEN BETTER!
Add in the Jokers and you can create one massive “choose-your-own-adventure” maze with all of the cards in the deck linking together from card to card. It’s your job to figure out the best route to get from one Joker to the other Joker which lies at the end of the deck.

The Bicycle Mazing Playing Cards are a deck that I was eagerly awaiting to open. Whilst the cards can be used for games and magic tricks like any other deck, the faces each contain a puzzle. The mazes on each card look like they are hand drawn with each maze leading from the pips to another card that is hidden in each maze. It is also possible to make a giant maze with each card leading on to another and so on, including the jokers which are labelled as S and F for Start and Finish. There is also a blank card which obviously does not include a segment of the maze! A fun deck that I would recommend for its novelty value whilst handling as good as any standard Bicycle deck.
