More than 80 years ago, Hungarian newspaper editor László Bíró found himself regularly frustrated by how often he was filling his fountain pen or cleaning smudged pages. Inspired by the quick-dry ink used for newspapers, he set out to discover a more effective alternative—eventually creating what is now known as a ballpoint pen or “biro” in many countries.

These Limited Edition Biro Playing Cards are a remarkably unique tribute to this world-changing invention.   • John asks: Any chance of actually seeing them?

    • 1. Michael answers: Look at the video. You'll see the backs. I assume the fronts are standard if they don't show them?
    • 2. Bob answers: They do show the Queen of hearts but it didn't impress me.
    • 3. John answers: Seen the video. Description says "gorgeous hand-sketched faces"... clearly not gorgeous enough to show us.
