Plucked directly from Matthew Wright's critically-acclaimed FISM act, Marvelous FX is proud to present D4M, a hyper-visual and revolutionary take on the torn and restored card trick! .

"An exceptionally magical handling of a proven classic...Pure visual stunning magic." Jeff Mcbride

D4M is a masterpiece of modern magic that offers some of the most unique visuals you've ever seen. A card is selected, examined and torn into quarters before being impossibly fused back together with two pieces reversed. Everything is then once again examinable as soon as your done.

You can leave the restored card with your audience as an unbelievable souvenir and amazing reminder of an experience they'll never forget!

A worker himself, Matthew Wright designed D4M with professional magicians in mind—especially close-up workers that move from table to table. It only takes a few seconds to prep and there are almost no major angle concerns. While it's clearly a powerful weapon in the arsenal of a close-up magician, D4M also works great for parlor, or even stage magicians.

The comprehensive instructions cover everything you need to know to get the most out of D4M, from various handlings and routines, to Matthew's complete, professional table-hopping version.

Each D4M set comes with 27 reusable gimmicked cards, 27 "practice cards" and 52 matching ordinary playing cards.

"Short and sweet Matt, it looks f###ing awesome!" Gary Jones

"Matthew has created a brilliant spin on T and R here where the card becomes restored in an inverted state. Just fantastic and something really different with this classic effect!" John Carey

"Amazing visuals and an unexpected ending are some of the key ingredients of Matthew's newest T&R that make it one of the best." Joao Miranda

  • Evan asks: I see that you have this tagged as "Parlor and stage magic." Is it suitable for closeup as well?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: Yes, it is!
  • Gareth asks: Is there any DIY involved?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: There is some minor prep work to do, but I would not classify it as DIY.
  • Greg asks: Is there teaching on how to make your own gimmicks? It says the gimmicks are reusable, but the ad copy seems to encourage you giving them away to spectators. Leaving them with an impossible souvenir is awesome for sure, but not so much if I don't have access to more.

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: I’m afraid you can’t make the gimmick by yourself
  • Matthew asks: Are refills necessary and what do we do if we give the restored card to the spectator?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: You will need the refill if you give the restored card to the spectator every performances
  • Richard asks: Can the card be signed

    • 1. SGKYDUYEN answers: It can't
