Q&A From the Manufacturers:
1. Is it safe?
Yes, everything is built precisely with ICs to control heat, so it will not over burn on the trigger. It is also protected in the metal casing to ensure it's completely safe.
2. If I still have extra refills from before, can I use those?
Yes, we the refill component has been purposely maintained to ensure you can still use the same refills.
3. Like all fire products out there, the heating part burns out and wears off fast. Do I need to repurchase the item again if the heating part no longer works at its optimum level?
The only part that will need to be replaced over time is the heater coil and it has been designed to ensure this process is easy as possible. You won't have to repurchase the entire product.
4. What is the range of the remote?
We have set the range for up to 1.5 meters. This is a safety measure to ensure you are within a safe distance of the fire to stop any accidents from occurring, especially if your spectator is startled.
