Puzzle Magic

A fun, visual and unique prediction that is easy to do.

"Puzzle Magic" by Daniel Diaz starts with things seemingly going wrong. A card is selected before you hand them a box containing your prediction, but it accidentally gets shaken during the process. The box is opened up to reveal that your prediction was actually a puzzle in the shape of a card, but it has now come apart.

You ask them to take a piece before closing the box. With a snap of your fingers, the problem is solved. The box is opened again to show that the puzzle has magically re-assembled, except for one missing piece. Their piece fits neatly completing the perfect prediction of their card.

This is a unique and easy way to add an extra layer of magic to a card magic trick. It's visual, resets quickly, has moments of comedy and works well both close-up and in parlor situations.
