Our returns process
We have worked hard to ensure that our returns policy is the best and most fair of all magic shops. The following terms apply to all returns:
- Products can only be returned for an exchange and not for cash.
- Our return policy does not apply to downloads, as there is nothing physical to return.
- This policy does not apply to DVDs that have been watched (shrink wrap must still be in place) as our wholesaler is unable to accept returns on played DVDs. Faulty DVDs, however, will be replaced with a working version. The same applies for decks of playing cards.
- Unless the product is faulty, you must pay shipping on returned items, and also shipping on the replacement product (even those stated as free shipping).
- If required, we will reimburse the shipping on faulty items so long as we approve the cost of the shipping before you send it (we will only pay standard shipping costs for faulty items. We will not cover express shipping costs such as UPS or USPS Priority).
- All products must be returned, in tact, complete with packaging.
- If the product is not faulty and was sent with free shipping, we will charge you for the actual cost of shipping the product out to you.
- Products can be returned up to two months after purchase.
- The terms of this guarantee may change at any time.
How to return an item
Need to return an item? Not a problem: simply follow the instructions below:
1. First contact us to explain what the issue is. Is the product faulty? Are you not satisfied with the product? The more details you can give us, the better! Important: please ensure that you email us before returning anything to us. We cannot deal with any returns that we haven't authorized. If the product is faulty, ideally send us a photo or a video so we can fully understand the problem.
2. One of our team will get back to you within 24 hours with a return ID. For faulty items, we will send a return postage label.
3. Pack up the item(s) that you are returning and include a piece of paper with the return ID written on it. Make sure that the item is in perfect condition and in it’s original packaging. We cannot be held liable for any damage that happens in transit so make sure that everything is well packaged!
4. Send the package back to us. We recommend you get proof of delivery (such as tracking) as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit.
5. Once we receive your package, it usually takes a few days to process it. We will then send your replacement out to you.
