This clever gimmick allows you to perform an amazing card divination trick without any manipulation and without touching the deck!

Since the start of the trick, a deck of cards has been placed in view on the table and you will never touch it. Ask several spectators to freely write in a notepad the name of a card of their choice. Give the notepad to another spectator and ask him to add the value of the cards and to choose / circle one of them.

You can put away your notepad, it does not matter because you'll not touch the deck of cards. Ask your spectator to announce the card they have selected (for example the 7 of Clubs) and the total they have just calculated (for example 18).

Suggest that a last spectator take the deck (which has not moved since the start of the trick) and deal 18 cards, and finally turn over the last one... The 18th card turns out to be the 7 of Clubs!

You will receive a second routine as a bonus!

Included: gimmicks and online instructions

  • Martim asks: Awesome trick, but why not simply ask a spectator to say a number between 1 and 52 and ask some other to name a random playing card?

    • 1. Martim answers: I suppose that for the trick to work it has to be written down on the notepad, but even though that, why so many spectators writting random cards if at the end all the choices are resumed to the will of a single last spectator?
