I love this material! He has such a unique feel and rhythm to his set of moves, and the routine feels wholly different from the close-up ring routines I'm familiar with (Messado, Melero, Ogawa, and O'Brien). It's not easy, but when you nail it, you feel like a metalbender! Also: he explains the moves with each ring in a different color, so it's easy to follow which rings should be where at all times! This is a BRILLIANT IDEA that should be used more often.
