Dunninger’s Complete Encyclopedia of Magic
This astounding compendium of magic was originally published in the early 20th century and actually doesn’t have so much to do with Joseph Dunninger the famous magician and mentalist. It’s really a collection of secrets and pseudo-secrets. Even if you filter out the ridiculous and downright silly (which is still a lot of fun to read) you will find some really cool secrets and probably have to smile as you go along too.
** NB, this is a big file! Sorry about that but if we compress it any further it won’t be up to our standards. Also, our tests show that this file will NOT work on our new Kindle Paperwhite it seems to just be too big. It might work for you but didn’t for us, Sorry!
Customer reviews for Dunninger’s Complete Encyclopedia of Magic
This book is a riot! I bought a copy years ago in an airport book store to read on the plane. It's so worth the price just to see the amazing number of tricks contained and the drawings and descriptions are very amusing. Tons of old tricks and many hidden treasures to get some "what's old is new again" ideas. You'll get a kick out of some of the Rube Goldberg like and scientific methods. Well worth the price if for anything else some good laughs! Get a copy, you'll be glad you did. Makes a good gift book too.
