There are some routines in the book that I will perform, however, I was expecting a bit more for what I paid.
Is it good?Yes it is, I consider the main (and only) principle very interesting, nearly all 45 pages are writen with 15 "different" performing options, but after reading it twice I can not say those 15 rutines represent nor give a great value, so even though I found the principle to be very clever, I do not think it is worth 30 bucks, but that is just me.
