This is a fantastic book for anyone doing restaurant magic. I am halfway thru this and there is so much valuable material. I have learned so much from this already. Cannot reccommend this book enough.

I think of the Magic Menu books as fantastic "magic coffee table" books. By that I mean they are perfect to dip into when you have a few minutes to read a new trick, a product review, a piece of advice, an essay etc. A really fun read filled with some fantastic tricks and great advice.
