Road to Rome is a cool trick you can perform within minutes. There are no difficult sleights and the setup is minimal once you know it. The only downside to this trick may be the initial process to get the spectators to restrict themselves. While I can imagine that this flies by in most cases, it can be a bit unlogical in the worst case for those who pay close attention. Otherwise a great trick!
As I see more of their effects, I'm really starting to enjoy everything the Other Brothers produce. "Broken Window" is a really great effect that you make the gimmick for (hardly any crafting required) and they then give you two possible performances and third idea that you could work with. "Road to Rome" uses a small stack that they will teach that is not complicated. You have to remember a few outs that they make very simple. They teach a force specific to this trick and it's smooth sailing from there. Really powerful stuff that is (to the spectator) freely thought of.
Great for walk around! A very sneaky and versatile "ACAAN" effect! Well within the grasp of a beginner and a true fooler. A small amount of arts and crafts are needed and but after some prep the deck can still be used for other effects. They will have writing on them but the deck is otherwise useful for other effects than this single trick.
Great simple ACAAN the tutorial is thorough and they go through each detail on how to perform the effect and create a gimmick. These guys are great! Some of their magic requires setup or simple crafts but well worth the impact. The Other Brothers are fun, energetic, creative and down right nice guys! Several options to perform this effect. Very good!
watching the trick you can not no this by watching them ,but when it comes time to learn it and show it just think you only are giving them three options to choose a card when you are only showing them three it is too suspicious, that part is looking to easy to figure out.
