• Michael asks: I signed up for the December 2022 trial for $1.00. It's December 1st, and I'm not sure where to go or what to do to explore the membership. The Masterclass link says sign up for $1.00, but I'm already signed up, I thought. What is the process to get started as a trial member? Thanks!

  • 2. Guillermo Hernan answers: Same problem here. I also tried to go to my orders, and choose the masterclass from there, but it shows me a page to subscribe again.

• Ged asks: I misread the VI Monthly price - i thought it ws $5 a month, not $50 per month! How can I stop my membership beofre I get charged $50 on the 1st of Janiary? I could not find the unsubscribe link. Many thanks Ged Jones

• Anthony asks: How come when I made this purchase for a dollar for the Master Class by Daniel Madison yesterday it had two videos for me to watch and then now it takes me to my downloads on the website which brings me to nothing but it shows me that I purchased it and downloaded it it's on my account but won't let me pull the videos up now is it a dollar per day
