Absolutely love it!!! Does the job perfectly and is so simple to use. It’s been in my show for a month now and the reactions are insane! I’m not going to reveal my routine in which I use Mental Voice but let me tell you, it’s the perfect kicker to a reveal. I’ve used it walk around also with three different reveals and spectators literally go mental when they hear the voice in their heads. I’ve bought similar in the past but Mental Voice is my number one! I definitely 100% recommend mental voice! And for the price, you can’t beat it! It’s fantastic and I’ll never do a show without it.
Ugh, so I hate to be the killer of dreams here. I know these guys worked hard on the product and they are proud of it. But....I think there's a need for an honest review. I won't hint at the method any more than they already have in their description. Before I get into the negatives, let me tell you about the positives. This is a terrific idea. If it gets smoothed out, it might be one of the best mentalism devices ever. It has volume control and the ability to have multiple tracks, which are two great features. Also, for the kind of technology they are using, the price point seems fair. Now for the bad news: There are at least four serious negatives: 1. The device makes a loud clicking noise when you trigger it, 2. The audio sounds like it is coming from a little speaker near your head more than it sounds like a voice inside your head, 3. Others can hear the audio if they are near the target spectator and the conditions are fairly quiet (even when adjusting the volume). 4. You must have very exacting conditions to pull this off effectively (fingers tightly in ears, device in the exact sweet spot, volume set just right for the environmental conditions, people not too close by, and so on). Now, I think it has the potential to work, but I am not confident it would work as consistently as desired, so I personally won't risk it with any live performance. It's a fantastic idea. I hope they smooth out some of the rough parts and offer up a Mental Voice 2.0 in the near future. If so, I'll be among the first to offer a great review.
Everyone knew that it was a device behind their head. Even if you place it in the correct spot, they close their eyes and plug their ears, it does not sound like it is coming from inside their head as advertised. First negative review. Very disappointed.
