Trick by Ted Bogusta (74.95)

After completely selling out at Magic LIVE, the famous “jellybean trick” everyone couldn’t stop talking about is now available at Vanishing Inc. “Sweet Prediction” is an amazing, easy-to-do effect that combines a fun game with a magic trick in a way that every audience will love.

You start by explaining to your audience how they’re about to help you with something that is a magic trick, a prediction, and a game.

A quarter (or similar-sized coin) is borrowed. Someone from the audience memorizes the date and initials the coin before it’s placed inside an envelope that’s kept in full view.

You then bring out a paper bag and pull out a jar filled with candy (or whatever you’d like) and explain how this is the prize for the game. The jar contains a prediction of the coin’s date. If it’s wrong, your helper gets to keep all the candy. The volunteer opens the jar, pulls a ribbon out from the bottom and finds a coin clipped to the end of it. They check and see that the date matches.

This is an amazing prediction on its own. What they never expect though is to turn the coin over and find their initials on the other side. A truly unexplainable moment!

Watch John Stessel Perform "Sweet Prediction"

“Sweet Prediction” by Ted Bogusta seems impossible. But, it’s actually very easy to do. There are tons of presentation possibilities. Instead of candy you can fill the jar with anything you like (except liquids or powders). You can even use the jar to load billets with predictions. Reset between performances takes just a minute or two.

You’ll receive the gimmicked candy jar, loading gimmick, coin envelopes, paper bags and access to a detailed online video tutorial.

Available in limited quantities.

Candy (or whatever you choose to fill the jar with) is not supplied.
