Peter Turner's "New York, New York" Lecture Notes
Following up his successful “The Midas Touch” booklet, Peter Introduces the next release in his mini-series of booklets inspired by the classic pamphlets of mentalism legends like Anneman, Berglas and Corinda.
Peter Turner has always been fascinated by the aesthetic of these classic booklets and wanted to produce a similar series. To get inspiration, he re-read all of the classics—something he encourages all mentalists to do.
This booklet is an updated version of 2017 lecture notes from a New York City lecture that was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Most of these incredibly powerful routines are surprisingly simple, require minimal set up and are truly fun to perform.
As with all of Peter Turner’s routines, attempting to copy him verbatim is not the ideal way to get the most out of these effects. That’s why he encourages every mentalist to customize these routines to fit their own personal style. What works for Peter, may not work for you (and vice versa).
