The absolutely gorgeous custom illustrations on the card backs, Court Cards, Aces and Jokers have all been meticulously crafted to mimic the same engraved woodcut style that was employed by Jose Posada. To this day, his Calaveras skull imagery is a legendary expression of the Day of the Dead and the symbolism it holds .
