From October 31 through November 2 every year, Day of the Dead is celebrated in Mexico and by various other cultures around the globe. On this special day, family and friends gather to honor the legacy of their deceased loved ones through a variety of traditions such as building private altars known as “ofrendas” or cooking the favorite foods of the dead.
These lavish ceremonies have many iconic elements and art that have been masterfully captured with Bicycle Day of the Dead Playing Cards.
The stunningly detailed illustrations found on the 100% original court cards, back design and jokers are a fitting tribute to the storied holiday. It took more than 12 months to hand-paint each one before they were eventually digitally transferred to the USPCC to be printed on quality air-cushioned stock.
