Only 200 of these extremely limited edition collectable decks of playing cards were ever printed, and we got our hands on some.
While “Fibbers 2 Playing Cards” were originally created for a private event, Vanishing Inc. was able to get a hold of a VERY small quantity that we are now making available to any serious deck collectors as part of a special charitable initiative. All proceeds from our “Fibbers 2 Playing Cards” will go directly to our ShareMagic charitable fund.
Inspired by the famous Fibonacci Sequence (1,1,2,3,5,8,13…), the fully-customized “Fibbers 2 Playing Cards” feature delightfully quirky illustrations, gorgeous reimagined suit colors and a unique feature unlike any other deck of cards.
In addition to the 52 standard playing cards that allow you to use this deck of cards for any card trick or card game, each deck of “Fibbers 2 Playing Cards” also includes four special ‘Number 1 Cards” (one for each suit). These special bonus cards allow you to play an exclusive “Fibbers” game that is explained in the leaflet included with each deck.
These additional numbered cards and fun rabbit illustrations were developed by talented artist Becky Bumble as a nod to the original Fibonacci challenge—which calculated how many rabbits would appear if two rabbits were left alone in a field for a year. The name Fibbers also relates to the word Fib, which came from Fible, another way of writing Fable, and refers to a storyteller, a creator, a procrastinator or someone who tells gentle lies. Which is the perfect representation of games like poker, where fibs and bluffing are all part of the game.
“Fibbers 2” playing cards are poker-size and printed on super smooth and flexible 310gsm black-cored stock. Each one comes packed into a 350gsm zanta box board tuck box with matt lamination.
