What an absolute bargain, a classy marked deck at regular price, why aren't they sold out yet?I heard about this deck from a fellow designer and just had to acquire one for a closer look. It's an absolutely brilliant piece of work, hats off to the designer Chris Hage. First impression is that I could happily make this a regular use deck if I was a performer. I agree with the supposition that any deck that looks too different to a classic Bicycle/Casino/Known Brand deck is likely to raise suspicion when performing close-up, and this would raise none of those suspicions, it's simply classic in design and superbly printed. Handling qualities are good too, which means you should already be putting this deck in your basket. For someone my age and a non-professional, the marking system makes sense and is usable, unlike some decks. I would rate them as being top 10 in my marked decks (and I do have a lot more than 10 so that's not a negative comment), more subtle than a Butterfly, less obvious than a marked Bicycle deck. Worth a purchase at this price...
These cards are some of the best on the market. I got to back the Kickstarter for them and they exceed all expectations. There are some companions to this I hope VI picks up later on. Highest quality and well worth picking up!
It is a nice deck, the playing cards are also sealed inside the Tuc box, a nice back design, comes with a double backer, in my opinion it is very easy to understand, and its easy to see the hidden secrets, once you no were to look.The instructions for this deck comes as an easy to understand PDF.
