Looking out for unusual cards I have just received the Prism Night Playing Cards. They remind me very much of that artwork where you scratch off the black to reveal very bright and contrasting colours underneath. A card inside the box states that these cards have been designed to get people off their technology and playing card games together. An admirable purpose and I think these bright and unusual cards would be ideal for both card games and magic tricks. The different layers on the cards mean that they catch the light on their coloured patterns and redesigned court cards. They shuffle well but they do feel a little heavier than most decks. A pleasing deck nevertheless.
