Have been a fan of this effect for many years. How well does this effect play over social media, or zoom/teams style shows?

This is really meant for in person performances as the effect will not work well over Zoom

To clarify, in a previous question it was confirmed that one can make custom cards with custom words. Does that mean that, if I buy the English version, I could also make custom cards with custom words in other languages (e.g., German)?

You can get custom cards (from Chris, the creator of the product) but no, they are not included in the 100th Monkey. There are a number of cards you can print from those files but you can't make your own words.

Does the multiple language version include English?

No. If you just want English, select the English option.

How easy is it and are there props Thank you

There is literally no skill involved. At all. (Aside from in the presentation!). You get 12 printed postcards and the way they are printed is how it works. You also get a download with other words so you can print out your own additional cards. Hope that helps.

Whilst the concept of this product is excellent, it is very 'hit and miss' in its effectiveness; certainly not an effect you can rely upon, thankfully my 'style' is comedy magic (Tommy Cooper~esque) so I can 'cover' any mess up!

Not worth the price tag IMHO.

So simple, and so many ways to present this. I love self working tricks that hit hard. This one is so fun to do and the presentation is only limited by your imagination. I plan on combining this routine with a few other bits of mentalism in a pseudo hypnosis act and I think this would fit perfectly. The biggest risk here is that the environment must be semi-controlled, but any experienced performer will be able to do so. The second risk is simply that if you show up to a gig and the environment is unsuitable, you will need a backup trick to do instead.
