Customer reviews for The Magic of ESP
The booklet is full of great methods for your ESP card presentations. While most are quite basic, they can serve as the groundwork for a creative magician to create an intriguing routine around. The material is easy to understand and within the reach of the average magician. I find that people generally possess an inherent fascination with ESP cards, as they most likely have never seen them before. I recommend adding an ESP routine to your set, and if you choose to do it—this book can provide a solid foundation.
A pretty good book with a bunch of tricks. It is a small book but will teach you tricks to get the maximum out of your ESP cards. It will work great if you have 2 sets of ESP cards and will also help you to make use of your gaffed / marked ESP cards in a creative way. It is a small book at a very reasonable price point.
I like this little booklet. I have several sets of esp cards but before I purchased this I had no idea how many great effects could be performed with them. This covers twenty routines. I wish some were explained in further detail. They're just brief, flyby explanations then onto the next. Some effects require certain abilities with cards. There are some instructions that are just like- Shuffle the cards ensuring that the top card is on the bottom. If you are unfamiliar with controlling and palming cards you might have to find another resource to learn some basic card moves like false shuffles although he does teach the Charlier shuffle.
