A fun and unique way to open your card magic set.
Your spectator selects a card from a mini deck of cards. This mini card is then placed on top of an ordinary deck of playing cards that is then held by the spectator. You then propose a challenge. The spectator must turn this mini playing card over in less than 5 seconds.
It seems like an easy task, until they realize the mini playing card is actually now sealed under the cellophane of the regular deck of cards. This cellophane is then removed to prove it is indeed their selected card. Everything feels very fair.
"5 Second Challenge" is easy to perform. There is no difficult sleight of hand. And, since it leaves you with a normal deck of playing cards, it's a great way to transition into any of your favorite card tricks.
This trick comes with a special deck of Bicycle mini playing cards, special finger tape, a gimmick and detailed video instructions.
NOTE: Requires a new deck of Bicycle playing cards (not included).
