Working with Vorst and Bosch, we have created the finest close-up pad ever made. If you own a V&B Close-Up Pad, you will know that one of the best features is that the surfaces are interchangable.

At Vanishing Inc., we are offering a full spectrum of colors so that you can choose the perfect surface for any occasion. Why not choose a few, so that you can make your mat adapt at a moments notice! Or, for the ultimate personal touch, why not have your surface engraved with your logo, initials or name. This bespoke service is available for an additional cost but the state-of-the-art laser engraving will make your pad stand out from any other in existence.

  • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: [Dr Evil Voice] "Lasers!" It's a laser engraving process. When you order, you tell us the words or send the logo you want, and the lasers to the rest.

• David asks: Which color inserts are the microfiber fabric? The color names listed here do not match the color names listed on the Vorst and Bosch website for comparison.

• John asks: Do the inserts roll up?

  • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: No, they are solid, and do not roll or fold.

• Stephen asks: I know the pad insert is intended to be used with with a separate base. But is the pad insert itself sturdy enough to use it alone without the base? Also is the bottom of the pad insert made of leather?

  • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: It is not. You will need to use the insert with a base. If you use it without, it will not sit flush, or grip to any surface.

• Danny asks: I am wondering if I can purchase just an insert and then add it to the base of the table that I am making for strolling magic?

• Michele asks: Would it be possible to have a picture of each color you sell, to have an idea of how it looks like? I saw the picture of just few colors but not all of them. thanks

• Vitaliy asks: Can my logo be printed on the middle of the pad so it’s visible when I perform? I don’t want it to be at the bottom or side I need it right at the middle on the top side of the pad just like a business card.

  • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: It certainly can! You get to choose the size and location.

• Robin asks: Hi, is this for the insert alone or for the base and insert? I ask as I see one of the questions above you say that you dont sell the insert only.. but the title of this sugests that you do.

  • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: When an order is placed you can pick a base and then the colour insert from the drop down menu. We do stock inserts if you already have a pad and want to expand.
