Chop Cup - magic

This is the item that you were looking for! The Chop Cup will enable you to perform some identical and effective routine of classic Cups and Balls with one cup only (instead of three cups, as used in Cups and Balls). You will be able to perform penetration, productions and vanishes of a ball from under the cup freely, in a straightforward and clean-cut manner. This is due to its mechanical construction - a special magnetic cup and a special magnetic ball.

So much is possible with the Chop Cup, including ending your routine with a much larger object as the surprise, final load inside the cup!

This was my first Chop Cup. The cup is a nice size (though is a little small so medium to large loads like Baseballs or 1.5 inch sponge balls won't fit in it). It's a nice glossy wood and looks better in real life than in the pictures honestly.

The routine provided is a nice routine for a beginner which was well explained.

The pouch and balls are a nice size- the balls contrast nicely and aren't too large or too small. The magnet in the magnetised ball is quite strong, as is the magnet at the base of the cup. The issue with this however is that it's fairly difficult to reliably dislodge the magnetised ball from the top of the cup. I tried performing to my significant other and she commented on how loudly and aggressively I was placing the cup down when I had to dislodge it. Several times I placed the cup down in such a way where I was convinced the ball had dropped only for it to not have.

Using a ball with a weaker magnet solves the issue but I find the magnet too strong in both the cup and ball to use the set provided.

For the price I would still recommend the product but buy an alternate set in case the magnetised ball sticks too hard to the cup.
