How do I cancel an order?
Please contact us immediately. We will assess your order and inform you of your eligibility.
If you’re eligible for a cancellation, one of our Support Wizards will process that for you. If you are not eligible for cancellation, your Support Wizard will walk you through the returns process that you can complete once the product arrives. Please be informed that you should not open or remove the item from its original packaging once it arrives. Doing so may void cancellation return eligibility.
This applies to duplicate orders, accidental orders or any other reason for cancellation.
