Where is my order? / How do I track my order?
You can track your order anytime in your Vanishing Inc. account or by clicking this link vanishingincmagic.com/account/orders. Just click into the order itself to see the option to check the tracking.
Please note that Vanishing Inc. does not have any control over a package once it’s left our warehouse. And sometimes slight delays can occur once it is in the hands of the delivery service. We thank you in advance for your patience if this happens. However, if you find your package has not moved or had its tracking status updated in more than 10 days, please let our Support Wizards know.
We also do not have any ways of controlling the route that your package may take to you. On occasion, a package may get sent through what seems like an indirect to you. This is all based on the way couriers have decided to sort packages. Regardless of the route it takes, your package will always get to you.
It’s also important to note that the estimated “delivery days” you see at checkout are in reference to shipping times AFTER a package has left our warehouse. While they are usually very accurate, they are not guaranteed. They do not take into account the time needed to process and ship the order. While this process usually takes less than 24 hours, delays may happen. Orders placed after 1pm PST on Friday will likely not ship until Monday.
