No, as those cards do not need to be cut.

Theoretically, yes. But scoring is unnecessary for a Mercury Fold. Scoring leaves surface cuts, and that might give away that you prepared the card.

This is a tool to cut cards to specific sizes. What you do with the cut pieces is up to you.

Wonder Cutter I would recommend to everyone. Its so easy to use and cuts your cards to the correct size. The quality is made well and should last you forever. If your into flap cards or any gimmick making cards this will make your life easier. The video is good but it's not in English but with subtitles. (easy to follow though) I'm very happy with the product and it has made my life easier making gaff cards.
