Customer reviews for Carney on the Erdnase Color Change
The Erdnase Color Change is something that is now very common around magicians. Tutorials are everywhere on the internet. But hold your horses, I never said good tutorials.
This is John Carney?s investigation? of the Erdnase Color. He goes into particular detail about finger positioning and most importantly, friction. This video is the solution to the problem many magicians are faced with when attempting this color change: cards getting in jogged. Also, the method is clearly improved: no more out jogging the top card so as to get the second card, you learn a clean, quick, visual variation of the Erdnase Color Change. No one will be able to accuse you of taking the second card because it will look TOO GOOD for that.
If you have any respect for the Expert at the card table, you?ll buy this and stop ruining his effect.
I've always taken the 2nd card face up and with the heel of my hand. This looks a bit more plausible.
Erdnase color change is the most famous color change. But, these 2 versions of Erdnase color changes are something different, it's much better. You don't need to rub or touch the top card, just a wave over it or a gentle touch and your hands can be moved away from the cards instantly. Very clean and visual color changes.
