The main routine works like this:
Your participant shuffles a deck of cards.
Then, without any moves or sleight of hand, a card is randomly selected. The participant is then asked to shuffle the cards again before going through the deck to find their chosen card. They're shocked to discover that their card has vanished from their deck. It then reappears in the card box or basically anywhere else you want.
There are so many ways to use "Fiedler's Flyer". For example, you could show an envelope to be empty and then seal it before asking someone to sit on it. A selected card then vanishes from the deck they're holding and reappears inside the envelope.
