Polish Poker by Card Shark

This was a smash hit for Christian from Card Shark at both The Session and Magifest. And now it can be yours.

What happens in Polish Poker?

Your spectator thinks of any poker hand. (Yes, any hand). You spread through the deck face down and have 5 cards touched. Remember, they’re only thinking of the hand, so at this point, it would be impossible to force the cards. The cards the spectator selects turn out to be the poker hand he or she was thinking of.

What do you get?

  • A red back Phoenix deck with regular indices and a very special set of gimmicks
  • Video instructions with professional English, German and Japanese translations.

    What should you do?

Watch the demo video above, then buy it!

    • Timothy asks: Do the gimmicked cards have a durable lifespan? Does it involve materials that will wear and need to be repaired or fixed?

      • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: The cards are printed on standard stock, so they will last as long as Phoenix decks do. To wear out these cards, you will have to wear the printed ink off of them. :)
    • Michael asks: Can you really name ANY poker hand as you said in the email? Or are you limited to a very small subset that doesn't even include all of the different types of hands?

      • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: You can reveal a pair, two pair, three of a kind, four of a kind, a full house and a royal flush!
      • 2. Michal answers: Yes, you can reveal the best possible hand of each of those ranks. The straight/flush hands are covered by the presentation.
    • Kieran asks: would this trick be suitable for someone who cannot palm cards?

      • 1. Michal answers: Absolutely!
