This is a great DVD and my favourite one of the set. although they are all excellent. I have learnt so much from this series.

Really great video for studying. Perfect for beginners who know some basic palms and want to dive into easy and advanced fun and amazing routines. Just the audio quality could be better and louder in the last part. Was almost to silent for my laptop. But I can still really recommend it!!
