How long will it take for my order to ship? / Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Our warehouse team is truly a group of magic superheroes. As they are magicians themselves, they know how eager you are to get your new magic. So, they work tremendously hard to get your order out the door as fast as possible. Outside of our big sales, this is usually within 24 hours.
However, sometimes there can be slight delays. These can be caused by a variety of things. And, unfortunately, it can sometimes take upwards of 2-3 business days for an order to ship. If it takes longer than this, please contact our Support Wizards. It is likely there is an issue with your order that will need a response from you to correct. (In most instances, we will have typically already emailed you, and that email may have ended up in your “spam” or “promotions” folder as noted above.)
The number one reason that an order hasn’t shipped is because your order has a pre-order which hasn’t been released yet. As part of our pre-order policy, if your order has a pre-order in it, the entire order will not be shipped until all items arrive (this helps cut down on potential mistakes or accidents from occuring).
If you placed your order after 1pm PST on a Friday or over the weekend, it will likely not ship until Monday at the earliest. Depending on how many other orders came in during that time, it may be delayed until Tuesday.
