After reading the sampler, I tracked down and purchased both Destroyers and Moments, which became out of print. The sampler does not provide access to the strongest material in the books, but it foes give a flavor for Troy Hooser's style - visual, impactful and devious. The combination of sleight and gimmick is diabolically deceitful. The books are also very well written. Destroyers heavily leans on the flipper coin while Moments leans more on the Triple Threat (3CM), although both volumes contain card and coin illusions. I hope these books are reprinted.
One coin trick and one card trick are given for free in this sample of Troy Hooser's set of books. If you love close-up sleight of hand magic that's going to give you some sturdy challenges, these books seem like they'd be right up your alley.
Total Destruction is a three volume book set by Troy Hooser. The sampler refers to two of the volumes and has a coin and a card trick explained in a well structured manner. This forms a great insight into the works of Troy and is a good read for anyone considering to buy the complete set.
This is a great sampler for moments and destroyers from Troy Hooser. This gives you a coin effect and a card effect from the two books. The effects are very good and if you want to get moments or destroyers you should get this sampler first. Great download.
Troy Hooser is an incredible performer and this preview gives you a perfect insight into his performance style. I really liked this and enjoyed how everything was well explained.
This sampler gives a good insight of the actual books and it does prompt me to be more interested in the works of Troy Hooser. I’m excited to learn more of the close up and coin sequence in the actual book and would buy it in the near future.
