This book changed the way I thought about magic. Michael Weber is one of the best thinkers I have ever had the pleasure to read but what sets him above, is how his theory translates to his performances. The man is a genius.
There is not one bad effect in this book. Not one. The nature of the material means that it is situational meaning that you may never use some of the content. One thing is for sure though, if you have just three or four of these effects in your mind, you will be forever thankful. For all but a couple of effects, you need nothing other than what you would find in the specified environment. And for those who fear that this to the sacrifice of the effect, you are wrong. Within these pages is some of the most exciting magic I have ever read. I was excited by a magic book for the first time in years and here's why: The methods are ingenious, refined and different. There is a description of how to float a saucer in a spectators hand, how to make a spoon disappear as you are using it. These are incredible moments that can be created with what is already in front of us!
This should be essential reading for every magician.
