This is not fake news... this is "Disinformation—Scott Alexander's diabolically clever take on the the newspaper test.
You display a few sheets of newspaper and the audience chooses one to work with. You tear the paper in half and they make ALL the decisions as to which half to toss away, and which half to keep; until you are down to a small scrap of paper.
You ask a volunteer to join you on stage to make the final decision. Place the last two pieces in their hands and ask them to throw one away. You tell them to choose a target word on the remaining scrap they are holding, and zero in on it. They announce the word they have chosen. Then, you open your prediction, which has been in full view, and show them the EXACT word printed in big bold letters.
They make every choice. No pre-show required.
"Disinformation fits in your pocket. It's the definition of pack small, play big.
The kit comes with all the necessary accoutrements (except the actual newspaper), including a full stage routine filled with hilarious jokes and an engaging premise. In the instructional video you'll learn all the tips and subtleties needed to make this a truly entertaining showpiece.
