Magic download (video) by Jamie Hall ($9.60)

A single-card shift done at lightning speed. Inspired by the Cardini Change, also known as Pughe's Pass, we are thrilled to have Liquid Shift apart of our catalogue of sleight of hand techniques.

Like many difficult sleights, this one is going to take lots of practice. What took Jamie years to perfect is broken down into a concise step-by-step guide that will give you the knowledge you need to master this visual piece of artistry.

Customer reviews for Liquid Shift

nice subtleties and tips to refine pughe's pass. Provides a way to accomplish the change in such a fluid manner which is kind of knacky but its not too bad. All in all its a great move.

I have been obsessed with the Cardini Change and Pughe's Pass for a long time. I love this download because I consider it the final step to making the move as close to perfection as possible.

The move is knacky, but is well worth the practice. To wave a hand over a card and have it change with no additional movements is so pure.

I highly recommend.

If I could give half stars, I would have given this particular sleight a 3.5/5.

I would like to begin by saying that this is a very nice variation of the Cardini change. As someone who already knows how to do the change, this was a slight step up to almost perfection on an already readily available sleight. If you're a sleight of hand monkey or just want to take your Cardini change to the next level, then this is worth the $8.

However, if you just want to learn a color change for the sake of learning a color change, then this is not the tutorial for you. The video is under 10 minutes and there is no one verbally explaining the steps to you. This is basically an explanation from a book brought to life. Jamie shows you how the move is done at multiple angles and in slow motion with paragraphs of text alongside his demonstration.

Overall, I think the shift is nice and well thought out. This tutorial is a bit pricey for what you are getting, but if you love magic or sleight of hand enough, I don't believe it is unreasonable to purchase.

Just a better variation of the Cardini Change that is one handed in nature. Excellent for move monkeys.

As a side note, the tutorial is like a slideshow presentation with words accompanying pictures or slow motion video. If you prefer having someone personally teaching you a move, this is not the one for you.
